I can still reproduce the originally reported problem with a newly saved
docx-version of <span class=""><a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=143494" name="attach_143494" title="Sample ODT">attachment #143494</a> <a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=143494&action=edit" title="Sample ODT">[details]</a></span>

Turning off manually for the first paragraph the Text Flow - Breaks - Insert
