        <pre>Description:
For example, the new dialog named as Additions appears in Commands Section,
Menus tab, Customize Dialog(Tools-Customize). However, I would like to point
out that if it is added via the customize dialog, it is not available on menus,
or etc. If we prevent these commands from appearing in the list, the problem
will be solved.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open tools menu, and press "Customize..."
2.Select "Menus" tab, and write Additions to Search text box.
3.You will see the Additions on Available Commands section.

Actual Results:
I didn't select the "Enable experimental features" from
Tools-Options-LibreOfficeDev-Advanced section. However, Additions text appeared
in Customize search result.

Expected Results:
Additions... shouldn't appear in Customize Dialog search result, if the user
didn't select "Enable experimental features".

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes
