I've had this report sitting in a browser tab for a year and it is starting to
bother me. I think the commit in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=126142#c7">comment 7</a> went in too quickly and now we are
dealing with a conflict of the help and the menu situation. Any change now will
only appear in version 7.1, so we will have had two major versions with the
conflict.
I would revert the commit from <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=126142#c7">comment 7</a>.</pre>
