Maybe that's a reason for the problems while the installation. - deleted the %appdata%\libreoffice files - installed 6.4.5 - programme won't start. Same error: vcruntime140_1.dll is missing - start in safe mode won't work - copied the back-uped %appdata%\libreoffice files into that folder - programme won't start.
