The issue seems the same, "Crashed Thread: 10 UNO AffineBridge InnerThread" Are there other places in LO7 that still depend on Java so I can see if it's an issue specific to Base or more broader? You can't reproduce this on a Mac but you are running a newer version of the OS (10.15.5 vs. my 10.13.6). Unfortunately I can't update further on this machine as the hardware is too old.
