        <pre>Let's keep one topic per ticket, the request here is to have the same
configuration of entries for table of figures and index of tables. Don't see
much benefit beyond consistency which is a goal per se. So +1.

I disagree here. "Table of tables" does not easily roll off the tongue and I
don't see any misleading aspect in the name "Index of Tables". Plus,
localizations might change the term. So -1.</pre>
