<pre>My immediate purpose is that both menu choices do exactly the same thing so
that one may be eliminated.
I suggest to drop "Index of Tables" because it has no default hyperlink while
it is present in "Table of Figures".
I checked that, once you have manually entered a title, another choice in the
Category menu does not erase the manual title.
Out of curiosity: are both menu choices handled by the same code? I mean when
generating the table/index, not when processing the UI.</pre>
