after posting, I continued my research;
I found that Okular now knows how to open ODT files but not modify them.
The opening of LO files was positioned on Okular. So double clicking normally
opened Okular.
Configuring "open with LO" solved the problem.
It remains to be understood why Writter can save its files in ODS and that they
are opened by Writter in the right format.
After your explanations, I will put "resolved".
