href="show_bug.cgi?id=127831">Bug 127831</a> i realized that my expectations was wrong. I guess the
values of RANDBETWEEN() functions should be updated every time. Even if it does
not make any sense at all (since the cells using these values are not getting
updated), we can live with it. In this case the problem is (and the source of
the confusion) that sometimes these updates are failed to happen. That is the
inconsistency: the change of behavior.
At step 5. all the cells in the column F is been updated, while
at step 8. no cells from column F is been updated.
Here column F is the only column containing the RANDBETWEEN() function.</pre>
