<pre>I had tested with LO 6.4.5.2 on OpenSUSE 15.1 64bit rpm Linux. Couldn't
reproduce the behavior.

Please test it with a LO version, which is downloaded from LO directly. You are
using a version of your distribution.

Special for Java: In most cases if LO is missing Java there is something wrong
with the installation, not with choosing Java in
Tools/Options/LibreOffice/Advanced. With older versions of LO 5 I couldn't
connect to Base, because it isn't recognizing my Java JDK 11.0.7. All other
versions recognize it automatically.</pre>
