This feels like a l10n issue to me.  The character "i" should be coverted to
"I" by UPPER() in most locales, and Turkish environment is an exception.  Since
there is no way to label a string as specific language (that I know of) in
Calc, using the UI locale seems a reasonable choice.</pre>
