Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open <span class=""><a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=163349" name="attach_163349" title="Example file ODT for export to DOC">attachment 163349</a> <a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=163349&action=edit" title="Example file ODT for export to DOC">[details]</a></span>
2. Save as RTF
3. File reload
4. Scroll to bottom down (mixed changes blue/yellow)
5. Open Edit -> Track and changes - Manage changes
Rather a long list of changes not similar to the original
Actual Results:
Long list of changes, new changes are added
Expected Results:
Similar list no new changes
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
