Not my intention to change it to percent by default ;-). Some field take
different inputs etc. I think it should accept percentage (even with relative
unchecked). Similar to Format -> Character -> Font tab Font size tab allowing
to enter CM instead of points. They % could calculated based on the table
width. But that's technically not the first thing I had in mind when writing
the bug report.
