Bug confirmed in this version. The Tabs "Position" "Type", and "Fill Character"
are not updating when you change them and press "Update index".

The user needs a WYSIWYG representation of the TOC, as s/he does with every
other aspect of LibreOffice. Either Position, Type or Fill character may need
to be changed.</pre>
