Yet I would still ask you to test if that was the case. The key state could be
e.g. reset on reboot; even if you didn't reboot, testing wouldn't hurt, and
would just make the answer definite. Please try installing the program, and
test how does it react to Scroll Lock status (Scroll Lock is expected to change
