I would argue, that graphics (I guess your referring to something like GIMP?)
and CAD are no major software. So they don't add up to a "general external
consistency" - or at least not enough.
I'd also like to emphasize, that also LO Writer and LO calc follow the
"Ctrl+click => multiselect" feature for Text and cells. I would therefore
infer, that LO is current not consistent to itself.</pre>
