The various properties in the "Chapter Numbering" dialogue often need a lot of
tweaking, and visual feedback from the edit window is essential, particularly
for new users. But, at present, you have to press "OK" which closes the dialog,
requiring reopening and closing agaimn to make another change.

SUGGESTION: An obvious one. Add an APPLY button to the dialog.

be considered as a new ticket).</pre>
