Ill-categorized. Not sure what 'Ill-categorized' stand for..
Like here and in many your reports, you leave Normal when it's Minor or
Trivial. I saw that you put Critical when it should be Normal, problem with a
single document.
You don't add See Also to your own and other similar bugs.
You add original attachment, like here 15 pages and 11 MB, instead of minimal
sample, like here a few lines, that should make you and reviewers understand
issue better.</pre>
