That looks like the pasted text. I saved the attached file as .fodt,
and in it I see "the" line outside text:list-item and text:list markup
(lines rewrapped):

The XML you quoted in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=134946#c14">comment 14</a> is indeed consistent with the extra
bullet in the pasted text. Is your extra "text:list-item" markup not
a bug in itself, wherever it came from?
