Given that we didn't change installer logic in the last iteration (6.4 -> 7.0),
I have a gut feeling this is related to <a class="bz_bug_link

   href="show_bug.cgi?id=130911">tdf#130911</a> and its conversion of Perl
scripts to Python...</pre>
