config file path is changed accordingly, but still `<file enable="false">`
remains.
So hereby I request following change to configure.ac
```
if test -n "$with_logfile" ; then
LOOLWSD_LOGFILE="$with_logfile"
LOOLWSD_LOG_TO_FILE="true"
fi
```
I actually wanted to do a change request in Gerrit, but I don't know how.</pre>
