I don't understand how this site works. I really thought i had ansered before. I don't know what happened. May be a connection failure. I did start in safe mode. with same results: menu overlaps menubar. Also tested Libre Office 7.0 RC I mostly use MX Linux 19.2 XFCE 4.14 as Desktop Environment. I have tested in different devices and with live usb os, so the user profile should not be relevant, in my undertanding.
