confirmed on windows 10 x64, calc 6.4.4.2 (x64), but also previous versions had
same issue.
45 pages calc document with images every 10-20 rows.
once exported to pdf images are shifted of several rows, or even on on
different page.
It doesn't matter if images are anchored to page/call or if position is
"protected". 

Print preview is ok

Print to PDF using Microsoft PDF printer or PDF Xchange printer give good
result if images are anchored to page and position is protected.
