Exact steps would be just to open the document and start working on it, clicking on menus or just wait a bit - it would crash every time with LanguageTool 5.0.1. I randomized the text in the doc, keeping the structure, comments changes etc. intact so I can upload it (see the attachment). Maybe that will be of some more help.
