The dialog to format data points (xy-charts) does not offer to pin the name of
the series to a data point. The only checkmarks are for the value or the
category. A checkmark for the data series name should be added to this dialog.
Typically the legend connects the name of the data series with its
color/symbol. If you cannot (or don't want to) use a legend, this option will
let you add the name of the data series WITHIN the chart at each data point you
want.
