<pre>This is another case of the 'emulation of page style flow'. Of course the whole
topic & complexity - is beyond me. But I really don't get the top/bottom page
margin here..
The result the DOCX document is visually nearly identical, but bottom/top page
margins are simply unexpected; 0. So is some kind of dialog mind fuck; showing
something which isn't actually the case? Or I'm I missing something?</pre>
