If there is a restore window available it is opend in the background if other
programs are started with no tab in the taskbar.
The only thing what is visible is that Libreoffice ist starting and
disappearing.
I thought that Libreoffice is not starting until I realized the restore Window
during shutdown.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Libre office
2 open a document and change something - (do not save)
3. shutdown your system or kill Libre Office
4. restart the system
5. open some Windows f.e firefox
6. start Libre Office
Actual Results:
Nothing to see from LibreOffice
Expected Results:
Libre Office in the taskbar
Libre office rebuild document window in foreground
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
I did a complete reinstall with purge and deleting user files</pre>
