        <pre>I reproduce the behavior but I'm not sure it's a bug.
Lists don't have numbering style (can't say if that's bug by itself). But when
they don't, there is no style break, so it may make sense to change all. If
someone doesn't want it, s/he may use List Styles. 
Please search in existing bugs.</pre>
