<pre>I'd call this a fake document. Nobody would define a page break on a default
paragraph style.
Secondly, I can't replicate. The first time I delete, I notice that the text
"disappears" and now there is another page break followed by an empty page.
Well, that is to be expected because the document has two page breaks. Delete
the first page break and the contents join the first pages, and the page break
you now see is the "second" break.</pre>
