...a shortcut to toggle all toolbars on/off. "Layouts" sounds like new UI
variants, we rather talk about cleaning up.

But having simplicity in mind I'm against adding the new command (and new
layouts too). "A user suggested" is not a use case for the majority. The
internet browser association is misleading for software that requires many
different interactions.
