Looks like the chart in <span class=""><a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=123801" name="attach_123801" title="Referred to in OP">attachment #123801</a> <a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=123801&action=edit" title="Referred to in OP">[details]</a></span> has Y position of 5 965,23 cm
Also changing this value manually to something slightly larger, say 6000 cm
then saving and reloading the file resets the Y position back to 5 965,23 cm.
