<pre>I don't support this. I understand the usecase, but AFAIK Layout should be
consistent. If the rule is "Heading of level x starts on a new page" this
should be the case with every heading of that level.
BTW: Are you sure, that page break with headings 1-5 is not a customized style?</pre>
