3. (Major) When editing a comment longer than its default box, the text below
the box overflows and becomes hard to distinguish from the cells in the
spreadsheet that it overlaps with, because the part below the default box is
unstyled. It's also apparently impossible to drag the comment box to resize it.</pre>
