This is normal, LibreOffice has never been able to directly import Forms or
Reports from an Access database file.
LibreOffice now includes a Basic module called Access2Base that may be of use
to you when migrating your Access database to a LibreOffice embedded database:
<a href="http://www.access2base.com/access2base.html">http://www.access2base.com/access2base.html</a>
Additionally, there is a separate helper program called UCanAccess:
<a href="http://ucanaccess.sourceforge.net/site.html">http://ucanaccess.sourceforge.net/site.html</a>
which uses JDBC to read/write to Access database files. This can be used as a
bridge between LibreOffice and the Access file instead of the DAE provided by
Microsoft.</pre>
