        <pre>still bug in 7.1 from 2020-09-05 win7x64, 

already bug in 3.5.1.2 win7x64, 

issue looks - besides some parts of the range definitions containing small
errors - depending on both 'parts' of the data area starting in the same row, 

move e.g. C2:D13 to C3:D14 (select and ctrl-x ctrl-v), then chart display will
be correct, at least improved ... may be that helps in debugging ... 

old bug, and regression as old sample looks better,</pre>
