This is a one-page file that uses tables, form fields, and a font (Andika New Compact) that is different from the default font. My defaults are set to Gentium 10 for English and Ezra SIL 10 for the CTL font. I tried typing in the file where it says "Handling" in row 3, column 2, and then undoing it because I made a mistake.
