You're description fits.
With 'blue edit header I actually meant: "Blue page break line" (couldn't find
the proper terminology)
With change page style I probably revering to Text Flow Page Style setting
(however in essence every change would be valid) which I attempt to 'correct'
with <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=136539#c4">comment 4</a>) So yes, no page style involved..
And yes, this thing qualify's a (very) bad report to express steps</pre>
