Yep, someone has just reported the same problem under <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"

href="show_bug.cgi?id=137276">bug 137276</a>. There, the
error message points to a Unix path, which on Windows is nonsense of
course...seems like something got hardcoded somewhere as to where to find the
mysql_native_password plugin dynamic library.</pre>
