Yep, someone has just reported the same problem under <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed" title="RESOLVED DUPLICATE - Plugin mysql_native_password could not be loaded with Unix path under Windows - worked with 6.x" href="show_bug.cgi?id=137276">bug 137276</a>.
