<pre>This bug is not well defined. We have 3 issues:
1. edit directly the information of the author of the document - which was
initial request but it's a subset of multiple authors (somehow opened bug
137298).
2. add and edit more authors - proposal to add "Author" field in "Properties >
General", OR better in "Custom Properties" where multiple fields can be added
and edited, which shows first the "User Data > First/Last name/Initials" by
default
3. read and edit DOC/DOCX with multiple authors - which would be another bug
that depends on having UI to add or edit multiple fields (now multiple authors
are read as Created and new author is added in LO via Modified property, cannot
be edited).
I think it's better not to open new bug until we see what will happen here.</pre>
