Thanks for the feedback, but i believe is it a bug or a short coming.
I agree your action works for a range of cells, but it involves a minimum of 2
cells. I often want to move/drag a single cell (including it's data content)
not a range, typically when developing a new spreadsheet model. For me (at
least) the process you describe does not work as you have to select at least 2
cells (original + adjacent) which then both move when dragged to another part
of the spreadsheet. Other spreadsheets i have used support the ability to move
a single cell.
