Comment compared MSO and LO
Repro Lo 7.1+.
When bug was reported, it compared to older Word behavior.
>From Word 2013, comment numbers (like: "Commented [Initials1]") do not display
in the Comments window (bubbles) anymore, they display only when you look at
the print preview (at File | Print) or when you print the document. To have
comment numbers in Print Layout view, one has to use a macro and run it each
time.
Microsoft has a habit of “simplifying” its Office interfaces, and the numbers
do change with context (if you remove <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=48897#c2">Comment 2</a>, <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=48897#c3">Comment 3</a> will be labelled
<a href="show_bug.cgi?id=48897#c2">Comment 2</a>, etc.). Some users still find it useful to have numbers in comment
balloons.
Workaround in Word is to change the style of the comment balloons in order to
add a number. But with a manual return within the comment, each new sentence
within that comment gets numbered.
Workaround not possible in LO, maybe with <a class="bz_bug_link
