<pre>I have changed it to enhancement.
Libreoffice currently has the option to import tables from a website:
<a href="https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Faq/Calc/113">https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Faq/Calc/113</a>
But it doesn't have the option to do it from a function. I imagine since is
actually implemented this way, it could be easily adapted to be used as a
function.
The perks of having this function supported by LibreOffice is that you can use
it in common with INDEX function to specify the parameter you want to receive
updated from internet, and on the other hand, it will make it compatible with
the osd documents generated by google sheets, which at the current moment
aren't.</pre>
