Not burried in Expert Configuration. Enabled by default. 'Eve' users will set the toggle off early in their usage. "Benjamin" users, who these tips are targeting, benefit by having it enabled by default. Once they become 'Eve' users--they can choose to configure as preferred. Maybe a TotD item letting them know as much.
