ODT-file with two optionboxes
I have some LibreOffice files that contains form fields. They are exported to
pdf files to be filled out in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
In LibreOffice 5.4 this works fine.
Since 6.3 and in the latest 7.0.3 it is no longer working for option fields.
The option-fields looks ok in LibreOffice, but in the exported pdf file they
are no longer working. My workaround is to use LibreOffice 5.4 for the export
step, but this is not a real solution.
I created a testcase - see attachment.
When this is exported in 5.4 the boxes are working, when I export this in 6.3
or 7.0.3 they are not working.</pre>
