<pre>As your package version (7.0.3-0ubuntu0.18.04.1) indicates, you are using
LibreOffice packages provided by Ubuntu package maintainer, instead of packages
provided by The Document Foundation (available at
<a href="https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/">https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/</a>, don't support simple APT
upgrades, though).
And according to the error message, the problem is in packaging
(pre-installation script is something specific to Debian/Ubuntu system and
packages).
So this Bugzilla is not the right place to report such bugs. Please report to
Ubuntu instead, likely at <a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/">https://bugs.launchpad.net/</a> .</pre>
