<pre>1. It is possible to create and save templates in all categories in Template
Manager.
2. It is not possible to use right-click > Edit to edit built-in templates.
3. Problem: No way to know that a template is built-in, until trying to edit
it.
Enhancement: Give some kind of visual indication for "built-in" templates (so
that can be recognized as built-in).
For example: a padlock, which might suggest that template cannot be
edited/renamed/overwritten.</pre>
