If <VAR> is zero when the spreadsheet is opened, then the second argument is
not evaluated when "Allow Updating" is turned on. However, is <VAR> is 1 when
the spreadsheet is opened, then set to zero before "Allow Updating", then the
second argument is evaluated.</pre>
