<pre>The Navigator help page is updated to include information about all the context
menus, not only for Headings, plus added information about Outline Tracking,
and there is also a place for Outline Content Visibility. Some patches with
corrections were also submitted last week, but the online help has not been
updated from master. Will close this as FIXED.</pre>
