<pre>I could not confirm. By joining, I assume you mean pressing the delete button
at the end of the paragraph. When I did this, the bullet point was removed, and
the contents of the first bullet were appended to the paragraph.
Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 with LO 7.2 development.
I think this needs a minimal reproducer. So if just those two paragraphs exist
in a document, does it still crash for you? A huge document generally is
useless for bug reports.</pre>
