Comments from Caolán:
fundamentally the options dialog has too many pages to measure what is an ideal
size, so it has an arbitrary size, so while every now and then its made larger,
if ridiculously long translations are used then something isn't going to fit
"Utilizar as métricas da impressora na formatação do documento" for "Use
printer metrics for document formatting" is too long to be in a column
with "compatibility" on a row of its own, and maybe move that "new document"
into a column would make it all fit. Though I don't know if that would be a
nice arrangement
